Klezmer music is the music that came from Eastern European, or Ashkenazi, Jews (Which I am one of). Abraham Inc. consists of Jewish klezmer musician and clarinetist David Krakauer, accordion player DJ Socalled and legendary funk trombone player Fred Wesley Jr. These 3 main guys are backed up by 7 musicians whose primary work ranges from hip-hop to jazz. I love this band because it plays great music and is a combination of diverse music styles and diverse people!

WOW. This is SAD. This is a racially diverse group of kids who look like they come from middle class families that literally are not able to identify fruits and vegetables. They even confused fruits with vegetables (such as calling an eggplant a pear). The reason they are not able to identify these fruits and vegetables is either because 1.) They do not eat fruits and vegetables at home, at school, or at restaurants. 2.) If they do eat fruits and vegetables, they are not fresh; they are either canned or made in a frozen meal. Or they are brought pre-cut and pre-packaged.
Quais de Seine -A short French film by Gurinder Chada about love, religion, and gender relations. Chada is the filmmaker who created Bend it Like Beckham and Bride and Prejudice.
First of all, I have to admit I did not find out about this movie by myself. I found out about it from Almas88’s post. This is a really cute short film.
The boys in this film (besides the one nice boy) are such jerks. Do they think they are going to attract women by shouting explicit things at them? On the other hand, I have never understood women who purposely expose their thongs. The girl in this film seems very smart and I like how honest she is.

Anyways, this photo was taken by Terry for Nylon Magazine. Richards is the daughter of Keith Richards, guitar player of the Rolling Stones, and Patti Hansen, a model and actress. Elizabeth Jagger is the daughter of Rolling Stones’ singer Mick Jagger and model Jerry Hall.
When suddenly, out of nowhere, this guy with Mohawk hair and a leather jacket walked into my viewfinder. I never saw him coming at all. Hardly had a chance to pop my head over the camera to see if what I was seeing in the viewfinder was, in fact, real when he pulled out a loaf of white bread and started feeding Rusty and Tufty, who seemed to be well acquainted with the drill. Recovering swiftly (I try to do that when good fortune rescues me from my general incompetence), I hit the motor drive and let it run.
I LOVE Highland Cattle! They are sooo cute! I really love the juxtaposition of these farm animals with this punk kid… who you would expect to live in a big city, not on a farm.
